Beach Party!

I'm sorry the background sucks, forgive me, I have never done one before and this is my first time trying to make clouds. And water as you can see it look just like the sky so again sorry haha. I'll try to practice so that your eyes won't bleed again! Wasn't going to do one at all, but I thought that without some color it would look really boring! Hope it's not too terrible though!
